We want you to be satisfied with any product your purchase at Bigchihuahua.com If you need to return a product to us for any reason, we will be happy to exchange it or refund your purchase price, less shipping charges if the product is returned in "new condition" with all original packaging within 30 days to Bigchihuahua.com. Custom made Tee- Shirts will only be accepted if they are defective. Customer agrees that the customer is responsible for ordering right size and imprint on all custom made tee-shirts. Because of the nature of custom made products, customer agrees to a 25% restocking fee, payable to Bigchihuahua.com, should a custom made tee-shirt be returned to Bigchihuahua.com for credit. Returned merchandise must be in "new condition" or it will be returned to customer at customer's expense. Shipping charges are never refunded.
